Sites

Tikting can be configured to add the different sites an organisation has. Sites can range from branch offices to regional offices.

Add Site

To add a Site go to:

Settings > General Settings > Site and click the Add Site button. 

Edit Site

To edit a Site go to:

Settings > General Settings > Site 

From the sites list press the pencil icon, go to the next screen and press save when done.

Update Site in Ticket Details

To update / apply a site to a ticket, go to the ticket. On the lower right-hand side above the history, you can update or apply the site to the ticket.

A new window will pop up from which you can change the site.

Update Site through inline editing on the main tickets page.

To update sites through inline editing, on the main tickets page, go to the ticket for which you want to change the site > double click > a drop down menu appears from which the site should be selected and then clicking outside of the row will save.
